Running up the nostrils with paprika and damson, this shiraz fills the mouth with miso, blackcurrant and head lingering opinions. Filling the flavour vacuum like a marauding invader. Big and all-mouthfilling. Fire consuming oxygen, saturating with a sip of tar and pomegranate concentrate. And that should tell you it sticks around.
