Overlooking vineyards and the Barossa Ranges, the beautifully restored building sits within a captivating setting surrounded by vines. The home includes the Hugo Wine Lounge for wine tastings, our award-winning Australian Good Food Guide 2-hatted St Hugo restaurant, private meeting room and outdoor deck and courtyard.

Our Chefs use regional and seasonal produce to create flavoursome, relaxed food, to delight and entice our guests alongside our award-winning St Hugo wines. Executive Chef Simon Hicks, builds the menu around the produce the season brings him, sourced from our own Kitchen Garden and from local suppliers.

St Hugo X Josef Chromy Winemaker Dinner
St Hugo is thrilled to host Josef Chromy Winery from Launceston, Tasmania as they cross the Bass Strait to join us on Friday, 6th June. This special event will unite two esteemed winemakers representing three exceptional regions of the Barossa, Coonawarra & Tasmania for an unforgettable Ultimate Wineries of Australia dinner.
Join Chief Winemakers Peter Munro of St Hugo and Yael Sandler of Josef Chromy for an evening celebrating the finest in Australian winemaking, with St Hugo Executive Chef, Simon Hicks creating an ultimate dining experience to compliment our premium wine portfolios.
The evening will begin with canapés and sparkling, followed by a four-course meal. Each dish paired with wines from St Hugo and Josef Chromy.
