Garden to Table Experience
The St Hugo “Garden to Table” experience celebrates the deep connection between wine and food by taking guests on an intimate journey from vineyard to kitchen.
Beginning with a glass of Champagne, guests are guided through the onsite Kitchen Garden by the St Hugo Chef, learning how seasonal produce is grown and used, while tasting and foraging along the way. The experience continues with a seat at the open kitchen, where chefs showcase a seasonal menu paired with premium St Hugo wines, guided by knowledgeable cellar door hosts.
Offering exclusive access to both chefs and wine experts, this immersive experience highlights St Hugo’s philosophy of pairing exceptional wine with fresh, seasonal food.

Dining
Our Chefs use regional and seasonal produce to create flavoursome, relaxed food, to delight and entice our guests alongside our award-winning St Hugo wines. Executive Chef Simon Hicks, builds the menu around the produce the season brings him, sourced from our own Kitchen Garden and from local suppliers.
