VINEYARD: Hahn Ebenezer
From a single vineyard in Ebenezer on the northern fringe of the Barossa Valley, a sub-region resplendent in its ironstone and quartz-rich geology. Stewed plum, ferrous earth, charcuterie, Asian spice and lead pencil aromas envelop the senses. The flavours are mouth-filling, dark and foreboding, with powerfully concentrated fruit tempered by the firm and decisive tannins.
