Dandelions have nothing on bubbles. Bubbles have nothing on smoke rings. Smoke rings cannot hold a candle to a riesling that’s delicate and ephemeral but present and lucid as a bell. Flowers and feijoas dance on the ripples of acidity, petals and zest and the barest, faintest breath of citrus (enough to blow a dandelion).
