Who said fish can’t breathe on land? Maybe they haven’t had enough incentive. To be fair, they’ve probably never had a typical Coonawarra bouquet peppered with anise, wildflowers and moist red earth, with a bit of plum skin and sundried tomato for good measure. This is the good stuff. An Australian icon; much too good for fish anyway.
