VINEYARD: Southern Valley, Williamstown
The fruit for this wine is sourced from Williamstown in the southern end of the Barossa Valley. There’s a plush and opulent bouquet of damson, pudding spice, blackberry and cedar. Flavours are deep, dark and brooding, with an essence of plum, mint chocolate and a woodsy earthiness bringing it all home very nicely.
